CF Flange connection provides high sealing and low leak rate performance due to the presence of gasket material.When the CF Flange is properly organised, the knife edge is pressed onto the flat copper gasket forcing the seal material in the outward direction to the flange.The gasket is completely enveloped and will not edge out even under the highest bakeout degrees. The CF Flange is offered with through holes, or tapped bolt holes.
