Socket Weld Flange (SS) KF 40 EV01014

The Socket Weld Flange Model no .EV01014 is manufactured in the KF size 40 having dimensions 55,41.2,44.7,38.4 respectively and is composed of 304 stainless steel material. These pipe flanges are attached by inserting the pipe into the socket and applying fillet weld around the top.This ensures smooth bore and efficient flow of fluid or gas inside the pipe.The fatigue strength of the product is 50% more than the double-welded slip on flanges.The product consist of two Flanges, a Center-Ring and an aluminum Clamp. Clamps are assembled with wing nuts to insure effective use over time without tools. A constant application of pressure on the clamp insures a vacuum seal. The mating flange surfaces compress the O-Ring, which is held in place by a metal centering ring, to produce the vacuum seal.
