Maintenance kit cell replacement for MB-HC-SE1

This replacement kit contains a new cell with optics, which is designed to be replaced directly by the customer upon receipt. A calibration of the electronics is nevertheless necessary in certain cases. Therefore a declaration about decontamination is required for each unit.
