Bored Blank Flange (SS) KF 40 EV01009

The Bored Blank Flange model no. EV01009 is available in the KF size 40 having dimensions 55,41.2,5,38.4 respectively and is offered in 304 stainless steel material. The Bored Blank Flange is compatible for foreline vacuum plumbing and is also used for simple HV chamber ports.The product is also efficient for welding to stainless steel tubes or bellows for the manufacture of special pumping lines or fittings.The product is an assembly of three parts that are Flanges, a Center-Ring and an aluminum Clamp. Clamps are assembled with wing nuts for effective over time use without tools. A constant application of pressure on the clamp insures a vacuum seal. The mating flange surfaces compress the O-Ring, which is held in place by a metal centering ring, to develop the vacuum seal.
